Grant Description
SCRUBS Camp is a summer career exploration program led by HealthForce Minnesota, offering students the opportunity to learn about health science professions through engaging, hands-on activities. In July 2016, the Saint Paul College SCRUBS Camp will engage 100 high school students, with at least 75 who are students or color and/or from low-income households. The goals of SCRUBS Camp are to 1) diversity the future healthcare workforce, 2) increase awareness of health science career pathways and 3) increase awareness of regenerative medicine and how it is used in healthcare settings.
